Appointment Deposit Policy
To ensure appointment availability for all pet owners and reduce missed appointments, PAWS requires a deposit at the time of scheduling all exam appointments.
Deposit Requirement
- A $29 deposit (50% of the $58 exam fee) is required when scheduling an exam appointment.
- The deposit will be applied toward the total exam fee at the time of your visit.
No-Show Policy
- If a client fails to appear for their scheduled appointment without notice, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
- Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time if we receive at least 24 hours notice.
- The deposit will transfer to the new appointment.
Missed Appointment / Multiple Reschedules
- After two occurrences of either:
- No-shows
- Late cancellations
- Rescheduling
The deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.
